@DéJi Vu She's been awarded 24 grammys since going solo, making her the 2nd most awarded female artist. I don't listen to her much, but people enjoy how she creates audiovisual experiences for her albums.
@1WildlandFirefighter So by your logic, just because one person out of millions of people in a group is doing well that means nobody else in the group is oppressed. That makes no sense. Please educate yourself and stop being ignorant
@BlackSH0veldeath well he seems like a normal guy, unlike someone like JayZ, kardashians etc who seem like crazy aliens who dont seem to know how to be normal anymore
He keeps it very private. There's not many pictures of his "partner" and their two kids. This is the first time he's even mentioned them in an interview. He did mention them on his last album though.
Can you imagine walking into that pizza parlor and seeing Beyonce, Jay-Z AND Donald Glover in the same place?? I'd probably faint from being so starstruck.
If anyone watches famous youtuber Mr Beast when Chandler finally won a challenge they asked him what he’s gonna spend 200,000$ on and he said “gushers” If you don’t know gushers are a fruit snack with juice inside
Which is understandable, like I want to hear and learn about Donald too. Why interview him when you're just going to spend half of it talking about someone else like... Jimmy showing once again how much of a kiss ass he is for Beyonce
Yeah it was weird which sucks because I want this version to be amazing in its own right just as much as the original ☹️ I’m just confused because they did the animals good in The Jungle Book remake. I think the colors are just blending too much idk.
I honestly hate the format of Kimmel's interviews. He'll just interrupt you with the next question while you're still answering the current one SMH. Feels disrespectful
Donald Glover: I feel very connected to Simba's journey. The Lion King is a very human and honest story of what all of us through. I think that the story is such a beautiful way of showing how performance is not the point. The point is to be here and to be responsible for each other and love each other. Traumatic things will happen, the point is not to allow that to consume your entire life. You can grow and learn from that experience.
Love Donald. He has a really good presence and knows what to say to be funny and engaging. Am I the only one that thought the Lion King animations would be a little more expressive than they were in that clip though?
@Dave Yeah, but lions don't talk in real life either?.. I just thought it was funny looking that the lion had a slightly moving mouth to sing and the rest of the face was mostly unchanged.
It’s funny because he’s basically Troy Barnes IRL. Broke his foot so he didn’t have to go on tour.. did a keg flip so he didn’t have to play college ball??
there are concepts like talking lions and meerkats and warthogs where the magic of the idea can only be captured with expressive and colourful animation, and that clip proves it
@@TFLAME999 I was just about to tell them that lmao. Introverts are great at communicating and even enjoy social talks but inside they're partly disinterested in all of it.
Why you worried? I'm literally the biggest fan and such when it comes to this movie and what I have seen so far is amazing and I'm excited. Lion king is my favorite movie of all time and I know original by heart and I'm impressed with this new one so far
@@Katyn1882 I think I just have to get over the whole CGI mouth moving to match the words. I still definitely plan to watch it though! I saw Aladdin, and that was incredibly good.
