Who would be stupid enough to say publicly that it is racist. We have more than our fair share of compulsive criminals. I had a contractor sub contract a job to some kids that had never actually done the job before. I kept trying to deal with them and one kept saying he doesn't speak english. The contractor told me that I was being racist when I told him. I asked him simply what race is he referring to. Then told him if he wanted to be paid he would have to take us to court and never heard from him again. :)

To say "found guilty" is factual. To say "convicted felon" is so untrue. Conviction cannot stand without sentencing.
