Fabulous speech, spoken with vigor and power. She's a beautiful woman.... Just too much Botox or something - at times she looks trans. Aside from that lol.... A great speech and love the excitement and confidence in her voice!
Don't think it is about botox, I think she did something important to her nose (the tip of the nose seems to be pointing downward, like if she is another person). And maybe she does inject something in her lips to make them thicker, but she should not, she does not need that, she already had full lips. Still looks nice but yes, something is different.
