The Supreme court needs to answer a very fundamental question, and that is " Is anyone above the law?" If they say yes, then the government needs new legislation to counter their ruling on D. Trump...
The polls! The difference in the popular vote between Harris/Walz and Trump/Vance is within the margin of error which means 50/50. Of course in the USA the popular vote doesn't count....The electoral college means that Trump could be 10 million down in the popular vote and still win. But as he's 50/50 in the popular vote he's almost certain to win the election, because of the antiquated unfit for purpose electoral college. You might as well not bother with a 'popular' vote since it is so often disregarded and just have votes in the so-called 'swing' states. Only peoples' votes there are worth anything. All the rest's votes are worthless. PS In America 50% of the voters, according to the polls, intend to vote for a convicted criminal. What does that tell you about the USA? The same thing, I guess, that the Supreme Court granted Trump immunity for everything he did as President tells us.
Mandela was a felon, Martin Luther was imprisoned, Gandhi was an enemy of the empire, Christ was literally excuted alongside felons. History is literred with the people's champion always being unjustly prosecuted by the state.
@@shaundempsy645 The psychology behind name-calling stems from the need for power and control. When people engage in name-calling, they attempt to dominate their counterparts by demeaning them. It can also be a learned behavior from childhood or a way to cope with unresolved emotional issues.

@@jackduane5555 Which lies do you speak of? Which lies have proven to be false? And if they were really proven, would he not be in jail by now? This administration would see to it.
@@rb1062 impressive level of ignorance. He was found liable for fraud in a civil case and he was convicted of 34 felonies each of which containing an element of fraudulent intent. Why are you asking me when you should be reading more? Go away and educate yourself
I presume you would be happy to be tried in the same manner by these kangaroo courts then. You need to take a look at what Democrat lawyers have said about the way the cases were brought against him. Even they are disgusted by the way justice has been perverted by the Biden administration.
