What I want to know is how is it a felony to classify payments to a lawyer as "legal expenses"? When the Democrats pay hush money, how do they classify it 🤔?
1. It was demonstrated in court that A) Daniels received the payment with instruction to not talk about their sexual encounter, B) Despite the encounter taking place a long time ago, the payment was made just prior to the election, thus it is only reasonable to conclude that he was paying the money to affect his political campaign, ergo, it is a campaign expense, C) Trump was shown to have ordered and been aware of the payments laundered through Cohen, and D) he did not report this as a campaign expense which the law says one must. 2. You're going to have to do better than "the Democrats" if you think someone else is committing the same crime. Give me names, dates, and amounts, or you aren't going to see them in court. I mean I could go on about how "the Republicans" pay for gay bathroom sex and abortions for their secretaries, but you would brush it off if I wasn't being specific.
