It breaks my heart to see all of these precious animals in need of a home. I understand that every one has a story and they're not all the fault of the original owner. However, I do know that most were because people didn't do their research or just simply got bored with them. Tell Cheshire Reptile Rescue I said thank you for all that they do and thank you for donating and continuing to help them.

I'll pass the message over. There's a few animals that come in from lockdown at the moment. People got them when they were off uni and work. Now there back the animals ain't getting looked after so there being donated

Great video I recently donated 50+ tarantula enclosures to my local reptile rescue as had to leave hobby, was informed by staff member as I was leaving they thanked me for all the exo enclosures as they all have inverts in their own collections that need a rehousing. So the tanks I donated for the rescue centre have been used in staffs personal collections, so not for rescue animals at centre. Bit disappointing really when go to help a rescue centre and end up just supplying staff with enclosures for their own pets.

Excellent thing to do. I'm guessing that with the hike in fuel prices and cost of living rescue centres are not only going to struggle but also will be inundated with more rescues as well. Going to check out my local rescue and set up a donation right now.

There cheap enough from reptile rescues. I only paid £15 for the dimming stat from there. Well worth it my friend

I had a question, if you were purchasing a thermostat for say a heating mat what would be your recommendations? I've been having some troubles with controlling (especially their basking area) temperature and am looking into different thermostats. But there are so many...

You will always struggle to create a basking area with a heat mat regardless of thermostats but the best for heat mat is a on\off thermostat
