Hei, my nephew have the same problem of ur wife. She must sleep high up on the chest Eller use extra pillow that’s my nephew always do to avoid the acid going up to the throat and ofcourse prayer to GOD is more powerful of everything❤. She must stop also strong coffee and chilli or strong ingrediens.😊
