I'm 48 and still have my Karl Kani purple sweatshirt from High School. The amount of money my mom spent on me and my sister for these sweatshirts, she told me when I was 20 not to ever throw nor give it away. Still have it. Perfect to wear when you are sick. Nice big HUG when wearing it.

Unfortunately…all of Donell’s songs happened in real life. He admitted on his Unsung episode that lady was with him while he was broke and eating rice to survive. And of course, he did ended up marrying another woman after he made it.
