Dongmae is perfectly played by Yoo Yeonseok. His acting is very perfect. I can't imagine other actor to be Gu Dongmae as good as him. He becomes more handsome and masculine with those mustache and beard. Dongmae is my favorite character of this drama. I watch it again and again. 😊
Dongmae so perfectly portrayed by Yoo Yeon Seok. In my opinion I cannot imagine his character to be playedby any other ... his scenes with Go Ae Shin so intense and romantic..his bromance was equally good as his comic timing was so enjoyable.. my most favourite role of his ♥️
I cannot imagine the character of Dongmae was acted by anybody else. You Yeon Seok was perfect to be DongMae. I am looking forward to seeing him in another role in movie or soap opera. I cannot take my eyes off the special guy from Mr. Sunshine. He is more than any protagonists in Mr. Sunshine.
I agree but have you seen him in Hospital Playlist or Reply 1994? Totally different characters, and it's hard to believe they're all played by the same actor. His performance as Dong Mae is the best imho.
YeonSeok nim is actually the reason that got me watching Mr. Sunshine 😅 I was intrigued by his character hence I always looked forward to all his scenes 🤭❤
Yeah! so happy there is someone as you got the same feeling of those special expression from Dong Mae !!! There should be more , waiting for your further job !
Yoo YeonSeok didn't move even a tiny bit from his Gu DongMae character as a cold and heartless swordman -- he looks so big and dangerous that that scene from the train station where he shot Lady AeSin was magnificent he really run like a wind, it's just that his swordmanship needs improving. But I have to say, if the where 'suit' really exists? He wore his DongMae character perfectly fitted. You don't know if he was that sweet Baseball player in Reply 1994; that great kisser Doctor from Romantic Doctor, Teacher Kim; or that playful seducer in The Mood That Day. Reminds me, my first impression of him was that cruel replacement King in the Royal Tailor (where he kept his dead brother/King's wife/Queen played by Park Shin Hye).
Omg that intro with the monologue and the Sakura scene, which episodes please ? Outstanding edit btw!! Gonna show it to my friends to make them interested in this awesome drama 🔥🔥
In the old days, cutting hair was banned in Korea. Because they valued the body parts given by their parents very much. So both men and women had long hair, but in the late 1800s, Japan made them cut their hair to break the spirit of Korea.
