The fifth layer of K. Rool's Keep is another castle. This time, instead of a rising floor, you have to utilize loads of chains to ascend through the dungeon floors, yourself. This is only castle level where you a free to take your time.
This level introduces the (in some cases) DEADLIEST Klobber variation of them all. If a Gray Klobber runs into you, he will literally knock your 1-UP Balloons out of you! You can get them back, at least.
This is only really deadly if you have constantly struggled to play through this game, and you have very little lives left. If you have over 99, then it will be as if these red-eyed Klobbers were just regular Green Klobbers with extra steps.

There are two Bonus Rooms in the game:
The first one is accessed with a Kannon. Its Kannonball is off to the left of a solo chain that's attacked by Krooks. Get rid of the Yellow Klobber that's guarding it, grab the Kannonball, and jump to the far right back to the Kannon. This Bonus has you use chains and hooks to get to the Kremkoin while avoid Zingers. I suggest using Dixie Kong for this.
The second Bonus Room is guarded by two Kannon Kremlings that shoot downwards, you have to go up and around, and then reach through a fake wall to get to those Kannon Kremlings and then the Bonus. This Bonus has you use Barrel Cannons to quickly go upwards and reach the Kremkoin. These Barrel Cannons can be rotated, but you have 3 seconds to fire before they fire on their own. So make sure you aim well and time your shots well, as well!

The DK Coin is during the chain climb where you have those two Kannon Kremlings shooting down at you and guarding the first Bonus Room. The part of the wall that's fake that you can go through is marked with a single banana between the two chains. Go through the wall and pick up the "N" along the way, then just make a quick hop through another fake wall to reach the DK Coin.
