fun fact, you can carry Diddy Kong if the second player is afk, or wants to stick together, all you gotta do is press the "climb/grab" button to pick up diddy, this way, both players will get access to the rocket pack as long as Diddy is on DK's back

As for me , It wasn't too hard besides the god damn crab boss and I got to the potion world but for some reason. Y game didn't want to work past a certain level and so I just said screw this and never played it until a year or 2 ago when I played it and finally beat the game but damn I burned through life's like crazy

I forgot how crazy this game gets! Mario has nothing on Donkey Kong's challenges! There is definitely no shame in getting a game over in this game. They throw everything at you, so it just becomes a matter of survival! I hope eventually Choc plays Tropical Freeze as that game gets even more intense (though, ultimately an easier game overall)!

If you let the spirit thing just sit there after a boss. It'll wake up and jump at you and laugh. Doesn't do anything to the story. But fun nonetheless.

Beating World 4 Boss in Reverse Mode still gives me PTSD. It took me way too many tries and it was the last level I needed to complete. It was an absolute nightmare for me. Never again.

I remember this game very well, especially me not being able to finish the Cave levels and relying on the Super Guide to get me past that. The Forest levels, though, they were my favorite.

I’ve recently been trying to 100% this game and… well, at times, it can be a *torturous* experience. I’ve always thought the multiplayer was unnecessarily brutal too; by taking a 1UP per player. Definitely one of my favorite games of all time though-I always have a blast (one way or another). Best of luck with the rest of the game!

I would love a DK roller coaster at Nintendo World. Maybe they could make various levels of “difficulty” so babies could still do it. Babies being people who only played Tropical Freeze on Funky mode

All the DKC games are pretty hard. 3 for the SNES is probably the easiest but it still kicked my ass. DKC Returns took me so long to beat, but I love it
