I originally planned to have finished a Donna video not longer after the show ended. But here I am, over a year later and having chosen a different song. It was hard to make, knowing we wouldn'y get more footage and it felt like too much of a goodbye to the character I hold dearest. Donna's incredibly special to me but also to so many others and I hope this video did her justice.
It wasn't intended to be quite so sad but it's what came naturally and intuitively. It can be easy to forget Donna is human and, although she has so many incredible skills and talents, she isn't perfect. I think this video gets that across more than anything else.
I hope everyone enjoys it. It was hard and emotional to make but, with a heavy heart, I so look forward to what comes Sarah's way in the future.
