She's always been my favorite I love her to pieces I just miss the old her cause she was so humble I heard others do riffs and runs before but her's was very different and strange like a saxophone or trumpet I love her jazziness fr fr
@@Bnizzofashizzo you're right I shoulda reconsider watching some of her videos of that era as well because I saw a video yesterday of her preaching from that time and she spoke highly of the leaders in the church yet she spoke down on the saints in the church but in the 2010s era I really got to know of her and I mean she was really into herself talking down on others and I was like (how you have angelic voice while singing yet got a demonic voice when talking to everyone) so yeah you're right she was never humble as I thought 😫😫😫😫
God is is Awesome. He Loves the world.God is not a "Santa Clause" God... I thank Him for EVERY trial and tribulation and this song...Ms. Burrell...reminds me of that!
Listen, God was getting ready to run through that place but Donnie started talking. Kim was going to break out in a praise. I felt this breakdown of the song its speaking to me right now
She said I heard the note the first time I just didn't want to finish the song hahahaha. "Don't y'all get alarmed. Can I just be me tonight?" -- "No!" This is still one of my favorite moments by Kim. Anybody know who's on keyboard? I know we can't see them. Just wondering if anyone was familiar with the show around that time.
What was Kim talking about when she mentioned that Donnie inverted the note and how they have not spent a lot of time together? I don't get what she was trying to say there.
s1dest3p she was saying Donnie began singing another note inside the same chord after his first one. In this case it was the same note. For example: C E G -> E G C. I believe he went an octave higher (8 notes higher starting from his original note). The comment about them spending more time together was her saying they (the guys) have hung around each other and although she knows them she hadn’t hung around them much in that fashion.
@@godmadesamGot it, thanks. But it seems she was trying to make some bigger point that I'm still missing. Like why did she mention both those things? I may be overanalyzing though.
Donnie went up to sing her note basically giving her her note as if she couldn’t hear/catch the note. She was saying basically “my ear is supreme.. I️ didnt jump in because you were too low i just don’t feel like finishing the song but let me show u”.
I was enjoying the song until Kim said that mess ' though you don't have the Bentley yet'. What false teaching and doctrine the prosperity mess was. God is good whether we have riches or not. Kim has such an amazing voice, but...
She can sing of course but *all of those runs* don't impress me. The ORIGINAL VERSION the singer isn't doing all that but you can truly FEEL what she's singing. I don't know, maybe it's just me 🤷🏽♀️
Girl bye 👋🏾 That’s her style! It always has been, always will be. Y’all want vocalists to restrain themselves so bad and I’ve never understood why. Riffs, runs, growling, and squalling IS gospel music!
