I've been hooked since day 1. Don't know where to begin,how good,positive, & special it is. The characters are wonderful,stories are thought provoking,nice to hear character's views. Realistic & I still cry ,season 1 when they find out who killed his son. 5 stars to cast,crew,writers!
I feel like all of his eating fits his character though. He’s super dedicated to his work, can’t sit still, so it makes sense that he should eat a lot.

Thank you for the meal prayer. My girls grew up with it. I love the show so so much. Very well written and executed by actors. Nothing and No one i don't like about it.
It's funny, I noticed that Donnie always eats the veggies at dinner. Green beans seems to be a common side dish. Or salad. I was glad to hear Amy confirm that.
Maybe, that's the reason he's had so much trouble with certain smells...& possibly noises, as well. Veggies do have a lot of fiber in them, after all. (giggle) Both Donnie & the rest of the cast have acknowledged this more than once.
Enjoyed this interview as my Dad, age 90 stays up "late" to watch it with me. Don't worry too much about eating on the show, LAW & ORDER is always showing the cast eating in the offices / and they Have a great record of success. Nice, solid interview about a show that lots of us will be around for awhile. And Donnie, directing while acting is an art / you are doing great. Love your new family show / your Mom is a great role model for us to watch / she RULES. But your brother's talents and quality controls are going to make it very difficult to control when you expand your restaurant. It is a hard business. I like to go to them, but would never own one! Now THAT IS bravery!
The best or one of the best shows on TV. I like all the characters - but Will Estes is my favorite of all time. There's just something special about him for me.
It's one of my favorite shows!! I like the whole cast but Jamie (Will Estes) is my personal favorite. Can't wait for the BIG wedding! It sure took 'em long enough to finally write the script for it. We all KNEW those two belong together. Sometimes it's hard to remember it's just a TV show and not a real family and that's the sign of excellent acting! KUDOS to the ones who picked this cast! May they continue to have a long run with NO ONE else leaving! Amy leaving was a hard enough blow but I wish her a long and happy career.

I have watched every episode of Blue Bloods and feel the show has moral and ethical standards most people can relate to. I am sorely disappointed, however, that this season this Irish Catholic family no longer asks God's blessing before their evening meal. I feel this is a submission to today's lower standards!
I must be the only one that doesn't like this egotistical putz. His character is that of a bully, a manipulator, a liar and a criminal. He breaks enough laws and dept. regs to get anyone fired. And then him directing Selleck? What an effing joke.
Rowwdy Colt Dude.... I can't agree more. I hate his character. It's as if he is an adopted Reagan. No other Reagan family member talks like they were raised in the streets of Bensonhurst.
