Why do people brand Bruce Lee as if he was a god and invincible, i'm not saying he was not good yes he was a legend no doubt about that, he took martial arts to a different level. But too many people Acts as if no one could've beaten Bruce, people please stop the crap, the man was human like everyone else. Look at Donnie Yen, this guy is superb and yet he was is underrated, but I don't care what many may say, as great as Bruce was if he and Donnie has a show down I'm confident that Donnie would kick his butt eventually, say what ever you want.
Bruce was human and was very, very good. But my uncle worked on his movie crew and he saw Bruce Lee make lots of mistakes even though the fight scenes were scripted for him to always win. People are blinded by the fact movies are make believe and fantasy. They are not real life. When he was in his prime, Bruce Lee was one of world's top fighters for his weight class. Put in with bigger guys with very good skills and Lee would have gotten beat. What Ip Mam said to his student when the student marveled that Ip Man was unbeatable,is a classic truth. I may be good now, but in 20 years time, you will be able to easily beat me. Just look at the guys who really fight for a living, the champion boxers, MMA and UFC fighters will be easy marks down the road for guys who can't lay a hand on them today. Father Time respects no one and we all die, and after that we meet God for His judgment on us for breaking God's Laws about lying, thieving, fornicating, hating/murder, blasphemy, disrespecting our parents, and having idols being more important to us than the God who made the universe. Remember, there are homemade videos of Bruce Lee practicing for his movies with other actors. Those home movies show a lot of his mistakes. Bruce Lee made his mark in the movies. He had mad skills, but was no where near the super fighter the movies always portrayed him to be.
