H Davies he truly is amazing. When you close your eyes you think it’s the real Elvis singing. While he doesn’t get his voice down 100% (who could) he definitely comes very close. He has spent years studying Elvis’ moves and doesn’t overdo it like some tribute artists. That’s why he’s the only ETA I’ve been interested in seeing live. I am sure there are other good ones out there but Donny really got my attention.
What strikes me is the natural personality,summing up with the stunning looks and vocal ability hence balancing everything, in my humble opinion,Donny is the Best!
FBGOODIE! He is the only tribute artist so far that I’ve been interested in seeing live for all the reasons you listed above. AND he also does the young Elvis really well. Most tribute artists only do the 70s Elvis. I was 10 yo. when Elvis passed and this is the closest I’ve come to imagining what it must have been like.

Yes, he is! I was very pleasantly surprised as I am generally not big fan of Elvis’ impersonators. But Donny studied Elvis’ moves and voice thoroughly. He doesn’t overdo it like some. I closed my eyes a few times during the concert and it sure sounded like Elvis himself was on stage. He also does the young Elvis really well. A lot of artists shy away from the younger years. His show is definitely worth attending.
