Got our turbo feed, and drains installed on our C1500 Twin Turbo OBS Truck build. I decided to go with a water cooled oil cooler for our application as it makes preheating the oil and radiator fluid a little more simplified.
If we find that the water cooled unit cant keep up at full tilt, I will plumb in two air cooled Oil coolers. I think we should be good to go though at our 60,000BTU/hr rating.

Did you ever go back and add a breather on your turbo oil drain scavenge manifold? As it is setup in the video, it will pull a vacuum on your turbos and cause oiling issues.

No definitely not. The entire point of the manifold is to pull a vacuum and scavenge the oil from the drain side. The is exactly how we do this on our turbomachinery the I design the oil systems for. A great pressure delta across the ball bearing will increase oil flow and drop the delta t of the oil significantly. The seal will still be positively loaded (more compressor and turbine pressure on the diffuser plate than in oil drains). You get in trouble when the loading on the seal is the other way around and you're drain pressure exceeds the compressor or exhaust pressure (or even comes close).

Do you have the Weiss oil pump turned upside down? Maybe you need to look for an autoverdi? They will just have oil inlets on the right side.Have you already started your pump, how much oil does it pump? I am assembling a kit for my engine 7mgte. PS Do you buy hoses from the ebay seller Hindel? I recognize his yellow tag on the hose. Good seller!
