Everybody's giving their theory on whether this is fake or magic so here's my take..first of all when he placed his hand on the glass he covered the whole section, that's when the camera guy zoomed and the person behind the counter immediately took the donut out and there was no way of seeing that since that since he fully covered that section w his hand..plus it's not hard for magicians to hide stuff in their sleeves. So i believe he just pulled the donut out of his jacket ( if you look carefully you can see he lift his palm just a little to get the donut out of the sleeve) I'd say this was the magic of perfect coordination 👍🏼
The most logical explanation I found: in his closed hand is the donut, and these are actors and there is another one who, as soon as he hides it with his hand, the worker hiding behind the shelves takes the donut
