So many runners I know in their 60's having heart attacks and some now have the start of dementia. One died on Monday and was an under 4hr marathon runner. I'm convinced it's all the processed carb junk we think we are immune to the negative effects because of long distance aerobic training.
@@DaveScott Yes! I bought the carbon fiber model as soon as it came out because it had your name on it. I still have it and use it! Would love to see some of your gear from back in the day. Would also love an essay on if you think the new bikes are really that much better than what you used.
