The conversation between Dooku and Kenobi did happen in episode 2. He didnt explicitly say that Palpatine was a Sith he just hinted at the sith holding power in the senate I believe.

The one thing I hate about the version of HISHE in this movie is that they don't even bother this scene. I mean like this scene is a turning point of Anakin to the dark side and Palpatine's plan. So it makes that this scene should be included in HISHE.

I have been thinking that Palptatine actually planted those visions of Padme dying in Anakin's head after he told him about having a vision about his mother dying which became true so Palpatine used that to his advantage to turn Anakin.
