Same... but what is cool guys n gals... is that I absolutely have learned from these runners and changed up how I play all because I check it here and there while I’m working 3rd. Good stuff.
@@jojolafrite90 ByteMe does No Mastery Tokens, so that slows him down considerably. It's just a different run with a notable delay, but I wouldn't say he lags behind exactly.
THIS is the kind of speedrunning **I** like to watch. None of this walking out of boubds for minutes at a time or completely breaking the game in a thousand ways ... just pure, badass skill at a game. Being SO good at the regular game that you beat it as fast as anyone can. That, to me, is the height of speedrunning.
No offense meant to the crazy glitch hunters and clever exploit finders ... that stuff takes skill too, no doubt, I just like this kind of run way more.
You know, some of these demons spent centuries wondering the blood plains. Centuries fighting other demons, slowing building their strength. Finally, they are summoned to Earth only to be reduced to goo beneath you boot before they finish materializing...good job! love it!
To those that speed run. At the beginning when you grab the shotgun grenade mod you have enough time to pick up the armor behind you before the door opens.
Lol. The demons in doom eternal are getting smarter, in draqu's copy they're starting to run away, and in my copy they're straight up mobbing my ass! 😂

It’s so much more impressive when they repeatedly glitch and fly into the sky so they can skip everything. That takes way more skill/talent and is much more fun to watch. Lol jk in case my sarcasm isn’t apparent enough. I understand that those are two dif types of speedrunning, but I still don’t understand how it’s enjoyable to essentially break the game and skip everything. It just seems like a total waste of time and not fun at all. Idk y those guys put so much effort into something seemingly so boring.
There were some sloppy moments (jumps, meathooking, etc) in at least the start of Draqu's run (i watched half of it on Twitch) but he uses some new mini-skips as far as i can tell. It will be interesting to see who will upload a new video with a better time, using these new skips combined with more streamlined gameplay.
Wait a minute is confirm time set to it’s lowest? In case you don’t know confirm time is how long you need to hold down the button to select something like upgrades and, mostly upgrades actually. That could speed up the run if those time were boiled down a lot
I don't usually watch youtube videos in their entirety, but this held me captivated. May I request that in future you avoid wearing the very ostentatious gold suit? It was just blinging too hard throughout. Awesome awesome run dude.
In my opinion they are not competing. Both are astonishing good, but with a little bit different style. Perhaps draqu switches weapons amazingly fast and with amazing combinations. Really amazing. I dont find anymore words... since looks like before I thought i have some skills. Now after seeing this mayby not so much. Anyway fun playing whatever skill level is.

I like your new playstyle , like you use the Flame Bench for more Armor , i appreciated that , your moves and awareness of that are more smooth 💪🏻 you blamed your moves for the Hook 🙄 but your overall playing is much more restrained , i like that very much! Congrats for for the current world record 💪🏻

Lol at about 2:33:02 when your jumping then start charging the ballista and make a 45 degree turn then snipe a cacao demon like a mile away. I mean talk about memorizing spawn locations lol. I wonder how much more difficult the game would be if they randomizes the spawn locations.
What a cluster fuck of ADD, I can't stand Doom Eternal. Too much ocd for taking damage it's unavoidable also you died several times, so not really a UN run at all.
@@makeinstyle250 It´s my 9th attempt on Ultra-Nightmare and I just reached Cultist Base. Idk my aim is pretty good but positioning and timing and weapon choose is sometimes awkward when I do the run.
Great idea in Taras Nabad to wait until you get the crucible and fast travel to go back and do the slayer gate. That way you can kill the tyrant quickly and save time. Clever.
You missed a secret. This is not 100%. 8 minutes in you came out of the wall at the cultist base, you went left and got the coded and turned around and went to the arena , killed the people and went inside . The wall over on the side with the armor inside you did not collect .
I swear the gladiator is harder on consoles i use the same style of play that you use and don't have no where the same damage out put and he doesn't go into stagger state consistently even with super shotty blast

Can someone explain to me how he kills the Marauder at 2:28:35. He literally takes him out with one burst of rockets, which for some reason the Marauder doesn't block. How do I do this???
He locks on to him and then throws ice bomb. While the Marauder is "blocking" the ice bomb flying above him, he has his back exposed so he can hit him with one burst and then he has enough time to send in the second burst. But you have to get the timing with the ice bomb right otherwise he will block that first burst as well.
This is cool and all, but it’d be much more impressive if someone could do this with a controller...playing like this is nigh impossible on console sadly.
How come he beats the first slayer gate on Exultia so easily ? when i first played it i got 2 Tyrants to spawn on that gate, 2 !!!!! and they appeared on me at the same time, wtf ? can someone explain ?
i wonder how long would it takes if you just speedrun without glitch and 100%, i mean like any% without glitch.if its under 1hour i think it would be a good casual stress reliever lol
funny for me but boring to others - today at work somebody told be that my programming work on some project was easy because I did it in couple of days. I literally used draqu referrence saying that what he does on his streams makes Doom look very easy. But it's not ;-)
Self imposed challenges are both a learning experience. Focus and awareness are two sides of concentration. Each time you acquire thoughtful awareness you have concentrated enough on the subject for your characteristics as a personality to provide the focus.
I imagine this what WW2 would have looked like if someone isn’t hr allies side tried to speed run the end of the War. And I have no doubt the final boss would be pop hitlers melon like a melon lol
