Yeah bc they know how to play, that same positioning doesnt work with bad teammates tho, because they either wont peel for you or wont take cover properly, but if everyone does their job and hits their shots it creates a sandwich effect on the enemy

Not true even in gold plat they go sombra hog reaper etc... as soon as you get kills on doom.

Yeah doom needs his slam height damage back so there's some benefit from air time instead of just being more vulnerable and getting shot

He's not bad but he's hard to master and he has endless counters thats why.

You literally answered why in your own comment, you have be very good at him to even compare to other baseline heroes. You can’t turn off your brain and get value like with Mauga or Orissa.

He's not, it's the same as junker queen, quite difficult to master

@@alejandromoya5104 I consider a "bad" hero to be a hero that can't fulfill the basic requirements of their role in specific, although frequent, situations. Doom has a very flexible kit, can be played in a lot of team compositions, and can still perform his duties as a tank even when being "countered" or outperformed. Rein can barely perform as a tank even when not getting countered, and if enemies are out of his hammer range he has no way of being able to interact with them, thus bad hero.
