The sixth album by the German band embodies all the best features of Doomed. Diminishing death metal and progressive elements and slowing down the music, the band crafted an epic work filled mostly with melancholy rather than with fury typical for Doomed. Monumental death doom metal at this album demonstrates new colors shining with dark light. The record features again the invited musicians who added uniqueness to the album sound.

A few years on from the release of this album, I think it's been criminally underrated. I consider this not just one of the best doom metal records ever made, but also one of the most pure, poignant and well-executed metal albums in general. Whenever I want a melancholic musical backdrop to my life, whether it's beautiful, mournful or crushing, I come back to this album. Simply amazing.

this band, and Torrens..., and Mare..., and Abstract, and many many more, are one of the most unique realms in the doom of Doom, they represent the deep core of blackness in ones heart, in different attitudes, and so altitudes... but still though different but lead back to the same kind of Solitude :) i once again congratulate you Solitude Productions, for that you are changing the world, with your precious productions, into the worlds. there is a longer silence on 37:34 which is on purpose I think. the two minutes break / silence on 38:38 is not on the album.

9:20 These guitars reminding me of Anathema’s epic “Alternative 4” Lp so much... Ahhh, the times when we were young, idealistic and of course somewhat naive. Although it has nothing to do with great music, just a nostalgic feelings here. I loved both classical eras of Anathema, the very early death metal oriented one and the melodic Anathema that followed. In my opinion, DOOMED does a great job of mixing death- and doom- metals, growling and melodies, along with a little hint of Uriah Heep ;)) These guys deserve to achieve more prominence ! nice band ♠️😊✌️
