Hello, I just wanted to mention something about the white powdery stuff. It might be leather Spew. I’ll add the info from the internet below. I have also heard another RU-vidr mention a remedy for it is to hit it with a blow drier. I just received a preloved Dooney that has some of this and the blow drier on the hot setting made it go away quickly and then I just conditioned the bag. Good as new! Leather spew is caused when natural animal fat and fat liquors are left in the leather, which can eventually migrate to the surface, leaving a white, hazy film Just thought I’d share in case this is your issue with your bags.
