I worked in a metal shop for a while, so I'm well acquainted with all kinds of power tools for both wood and metal. I can even TIG weld aluminum, which is not easy.

I love when Jake and Wren show up in videos together, like they really should do more videos with just those two, because their personalities just work so well together it's always wonderful to see them on screen. I'm just watch "there's no time to explain" for a good reference. It's a personal favorite video in my opinion.

For security, you should really think about swapping out that door for a more sturdy one, in my opinion. As it is currently, that's not going to protect much, however sophisticated the lock is.

Carpentry tip from a novice. drill the pilot holes with a drill and put the screws in with a manual screwdriver. I learnt that one the hard way.

One time my parents took the doorknob off of my room because my sisters and I kept playing with the lock... by playing I mean one of us would lock ourselves inside and the other two would bang on the door. We also played the game "who is stronger" by having each side pull or push on the door. Fun times.
