After to pull the cable you get it open put it back together then its just going to work. Wont it still be doing the same thing after put back together

@@NotMiglo My situation was this: My stepson dented his door, so I found a replacement online. The interior trim and wiring harness were different, so I swapped them out and then installed the door. That's when it had the above problem. Through the process of elimination, I figured out that the actuator in the replacement door was defective, so I swapped it out from the damaged door (bench tested the two side-by-side before installing the swap) and everything worked correctly.
