I think this isn't a great idea at all, if you hide without closets to avoid Blitz, Glitch can teleport you to the next room right when Blitz arrives and kill you, so is too risky and is not recommended to doing so.
3:08 Fun Fact, LSplash has confirmed that Haste is a reference to Specimen 9 from Spooky Jumpscare Mansion as they both have the same design, mechanic (chases player) and jumpscare with a similar repeating message “TO TAKE THE DEAD” (REALLY cool Easter Egg, One of my favorite games of all time) Great video as always eXo :D

Differences I found in floor 1: - New Lighting - New paintings - Clocks - Figure is a little bouncy - Second Seek chase now has crouching sections - Greenhouse now has SHM rooms in it (beginning of overhaul?) - Door 99 did not have closets (might be from SHM) - Music transitions are better - New ambience sound effects - Rush sounded a little different while spawning (Maybe new sound effect or filter) - The fonts look different - Better GUI - Achievement names are now colored - Eyes look a little different
Seek eyes no longer flicker the lights Rush can spawn with seek eyes Halt can no longer be dodged by moving to the side I believe the door slamming open sound is louder now during seek chase (when you run to it)
I did it on my first I haven't completed the game Yet I do the backdoor on my 5th or 6th run on my first day of it and win! (Sadly the other person died before I won)
Doors the Backdoor, has time limited sub-room, has 4 entities inhabiting there, got: Vacuum: Vacuum is a mysterious entity, will instant kill player if open the door and get too close to the door, so stay away from that door. Haste: Haste is a skeleton like entities, will instant kill you if timer runs out, so pull a lever will despawn Haste, so do not waste time find golds or items. Blitz: Blitz is a version of Rush, but a bit distored and has green and pink color on it, it flicker the lights and deals 100 damage, it kills any players that are either too close to it and visble, Blitz can occasionally backtrack 1-2 times to take up time to hunt players, so hide in a closet will survive Blitz, Hide wasn't there. Lookman: The Lookman is a body version of Shadow, and behavior is simlar to Eyes, it damages 20 damage to player if look at it, so can only look down to avoid it. Glitch and Curious Light can also appear here, Glitch will teleport players to the next room, so avoid Blitz without hiding is unreliable.
5:28 This figure is like jumping over fences and walls and in a little while Doors floor 2 will be released because I saw the official trailer and I'm going to beat it easily, I even play in the game sometimes I even stopped to fight on seek and I was Recording and I stopped fighting and won the seek but this figure that jumps fences killed me and I couldn't get into the closet
rush brother: *passes as if nothing had happened* *proceeds to transform into sister rush* there I am a butterfly, I promise I'm here to sweep the floor with glue
Some other things, new modifier (Afterimage) for ambush. The modifier for seek may have been updated. April Fools modifier may have been removed. There is something interesting with the potion that you get with 100 coins, which has something to do with the rift.
I also found a few more things. Eyes now has a jumpscare. Both Jeff and El Goblino hide when rush passes through Jeff's Shop. (Jeff takes his stuff with him meaning you are not able to buy stuff) New Revive animation. Coins can now be found in the lobby, seems like Screech and Seek are no longer on the fireplace.
OMG NEW EXO 🤑 the backdoor update is definitely my favorite by far and i cant wait to get back into playing with you guys i still wont rejoin the server until the release of the mines but im excited to see where this goes 😁
I think the clocks are a reference to a scrapped entity that i think was called dread but i could be wrong The entity would apparently arrive around midnight or something It was scrapped due to the devs finding it not fun. I also believe the badge "Dead of Night" would be given, as it is seen in a trailer or sneak peek with the icon of a clock.
I really like the update but sadly they have patched sum glitches Ive been using alot and also made door 50 and the greenhouse a lil more annoying. Also I really miss the old nowhere to hide modifier since it literally was a free 15%. And we cant forget that they now have taken super hard mode out of the game. so rip super hard mode (01.04.2023-02.16.2024) They will release the new super hard mode soon tho. It is called super scary floor 0.
