Pros are the reason behind Buffs and Nerfs , TF was missing in Pro plays since last worlds or even more , so they knew by this buff he will be picked again , make a huge impact and we go again for nerf , same as neeko being used in pro plays , her nerf is in the way , sometimes pro plays make the game kinda unbalanced for aevrage ppl who play solo but still will make ppl change their champ pools and try more champs because of the buffs kinda interesting and annoying tn the same time
