Katherine had a high cholesterol level and if you have a high cholesterol level you can’t eat beef or any burgers. Dora had an evil plan to get Katherine rushed to the hospital. In general swapping lunches isn’t a crime but you need to be considerate of other peoples needs or even if other people have allergies to a certain food product.
Dora had no business doing that Katherine like that imagine i cannot how her parents feel right now dora is an evil person why would she kill Katherine like that people who have high cholesterol like that can die from heart attacks this happens in real life I've had a friend who died from a heart attack because someone swapped her food for something else and died in the hospital this is why i have severe trust issues with people who treat the ones i love horribly
