Thanks for sharing! This is almost a blessing and a curse I have found in the DE shaving world. SOOO many options of stuff to try and buy. lol Although I am new to DE shaving, i'm really happy that its becoming really popular again. This allows more and more new products to come out to play with.

I’m new to wet shaving and picked up a variety pack to see what I like and this one here is one of my favorites. It works the best for me in my Gillette red tip . Thanks for teaching me how to shave Mark.

Much smoother than Dorco ST-300,301! Very affordable DE Razor blade I think. Although Dorco headquarters is located in my country, South korea, I have to purchase from overseas websites because Dorco never sells Dorco Titan, Prime blades in domestic version except st-301(DE razors isn't as popular as catridge razor here...) I wish that I purchase these razor blades in domestic soon.

Great video, Mark! Just had a fantastic 2 pass shave with this blade in my Merkur Progress setting 2.5 in the first pass and setting 1 in the second pass. One day growth. Proraso Sandalwood preshave + TOBS Sandalwood. Used a silvertip badger. Fantastic shave! To me it was similar to a voskhod - smooth all the way! Cheers!

Another excellent shave. 👍 I have a question about your pre-shave cube. What’s your recommendation on storing it? I usually use oil, but I don’t like how my hands get oily.

With the overwhelming number of blades available, I can only surmise that DE shaving is more popular outside of the US. I should know because I was stationed in Germany, Korea and Hungary, but at the time I wasn't into DE shaving.

I think DE shaving/traditional wet shave is really getting popular all over. the number of products available is a good indication that there is a demand and market.

Tabac anyday❤, also give Klar Seifen a go. Equally good and lovely scent. Dorco Titans V.Good too, love the labelling.

Another nice shave. I also swear by Tabac. I use that soap at least once or twice a week. How does the Dorco Titan compare to the other Dorco blades? And also the Astra Green (my favorite) as well as other popular brands you've used? I also have that Nivea body shaving lotion on my to-try list after my regular Nivea balm runs out.

Titans were surprisingly good.:) As good as Astra Green? Coin toss, I think. Better than the standard Dorco blades, though. Probably neck and neck with Dorco Prime.

those blades are horrible for me but the Dorco primes are perfect for me in all my razors. amazing how ymmv applied in the shaving world. Dorco primes and astra greens are my go to blades.nice shave!!

@@johnknitzer9867 it's been a while since I used the Stainless Sharks. But, as I recall, the Sharks had a bit more blade feel. A good shave.:)

Mark, nice video, you inspired me to give the Titan Blade a try. I noticed that the majority of videos you do start with the PAA Cube 2.0 pre-shave. I know you have the Clown Fruit Cube and was wondering why you don't alternate between the two. Is it because of the menthol in the Cube 2.0. I also noticed that PAA does not offer Clown Fruit in the shave soap or the pre-shave anymore. After so much hype, what happened?

Yes, the Menthol for sure.:) PLus, the Clown Fruit Cube works best with soaps that have a complimentary fruit scent...citrus scented soaps, etc.:)

When I use Tabac, I like to finish with Tabac aftershave and Balm. Ref razor awaiting hopefully early next year for the Viking Emperor Chrome Meiji to surface???. Take care. Cheers🥃😷

Good morning Mark, how do these stack up to the regular Dorco 300 or 301st blades, are they smoother or longer lasting or are they again the same blade?

As I recall, these are smoother. As far as longer lasting, I only use a blade for two or three shaves. With a few exceptions, I'm not one to use a blade any more than that.

Nice shave! I really need to give this Titans a chance since the teflon coated blades works best for me. Tried Dorco ST something which are platinum coated?!?! and are horible for me. Btw... you should try Henson with a Gillette Sword Salloon pack. For me is the best combination ever. The only one that is giving me absolute no neck iritation every frickin time!

Hi, Comy.:) Yes, the Dorco STs, are hit or miss for many. I assume you're talking about the Droc HQ blades. They've changed labeling and branding, I think. Anyhow, for me, they are a good bargain blad, but others are better. I don't find myself reaching for the Dorco HQs as I would other blades.

Hi Mark! I'm a big fan of Dorco blades, the prime platinums are some of my favorites only second to Astra greens. I have a question regarding pre-shaves, have you tried using cremo as a pre-shave? I get the stuff that comes in a tube from my local store and I use about an almond sized dollap of cremo as a pre-shave and I really think it adds slickness and glide to the shave soaps that I use. If you use a decent shave soap, like a soap from A&E or sphinxbeard.com, the cremo helps a lot imo. I might have to get some of these blades though, they look great and I bet they may be as good, but hopefully better, than Dorco primes. Hope all is going well for you, cheers!

Hi, Tman2217, I'm very glad to hear you enjoyed the video.:) Yes, I use Cremo as a preshave.:) I've talked about it in some videos. Mostly, I use the Cube for pre-shave because it's soap and I'll be lathering wiht a soap. so, one compliments the other.) but, I've used Cremo as a pre-shave and it does a fine job.:) I think you'll enjoy the Titan blade.

As you know I am a relative newcomer and I have three razors now and a few different sorts of blades. I also have a number of soaps but as I am trying to find razor/aggression/blade cobinations, Tabac is my constant in the experiment.

@@MarkSzorady I live in the city where they make Mitchell's woolfat soap so that's my next purchase but for comparison of razor/blade/aggression I wanted to use the same soap. Can't think of a better one than Tabac. You're right though, I do have the bug

Sharp enough for a good shave but rough, and too much irritation. I've tried another of the Dorco's, too. This blade is not for everybody.

Dear Sir, I have seen your many videos. In all of the videos i have seen you have zero hair growth on your face for doing shaving. I personally feel you should stop making videos on shaving. Hair growth is very much important for giving reviews. I am unsubscribing from your channel.
