If you cook, you'll know that a quarter stick shared between two guys isn't actually isn't too much. The carbs and sugars in the beans and corn are more concerning health wise lol

yeah vegans dont say that about eggs, cows milk maybe. eggs are only unhealthy if you dont burn the energy off and also if you dont eat the whole egg. plus eating enough eggs a day is basically the same as a steroid cycle, plenty of testosterone and growth hormone in eggs
@Fran Gustavo unfortunately your understanding of cholesterol isn't accurate. The production of cholesterol is demand driven process,just stop damaging the cholesterol that traps it in the bloodstream by glycation/oxidation and you will always have the correct amount of cholesterol that you are supposed to have and need. They deliver nutrient/materials from A-B cells. When it get damaged by oxidation/glycation the colesterol can not deliver it payload to B Cell hence the B will signal the body to produce more. The damaged cholesterol becomes hard like grain of sand and damages the blood vessels and cause plack build up and is stuck in the blood stream. Carbs and sugars do damage the cholesterol so by intermediate fasting and eating ketogenic diet as a lifestyle and you are all set. Read Nina Theicholz book the big fat surprise. They never heard of you or an Arm Wrestling competition so they said turn the channel. I said to give it a minute. Well, they gave it a minute and were hollering and cheering and I never saw them enjoy a sport so much. Your mind games, strategies/tactics and legs around the table had them amazed.
