Hard disagree with the second point. I love the dramatic look of long trousers or jeans that slightly cover a chunky boot / loafer. Way more interesting looking silhouette than those weird length mid ankle jeans, but thats just me.
To me neither of those looks in my personal opinion is actually that good. Why not wear a standard straight denim 👖 with more of a regular length that does not neither drag or is cut short? That's it . Also....., That very long skirt with that frumpy oversized sweaters with the very wide arms makes no sense to me? It's wearing something on a body that is like three times her size And in my opinion it looks more like something you throw on to lay down on the couch and cuddle up with. That's just me too I guess.
Nothing to me looks worse than pants that drag or hit just right at the heels of your shoes and cause for the very hem to get dirty...UGH ! So many people I've seen before with pants that long and if or when you look down and happen to see their shoes... there is that mucky dirty hem.... It's awful... Don't wear that on a rainy day especially... To me pants that are so long they hit the very edge of your heels at any moment definitely doesn't look smart... it looks like you bought something that's longer than you actually need it for your height. 🤷
@@wiseforce7045 It’s definitely not hygienic! I remember in the 90’s wearing the long wide jeans and rave pants and how gross the bottoms would get😂! But, I was a teenager, now I can’t stand it! Cropped or skinny for me! Something that drags on the street in cities and public restrooms is just too problematic! I do like the look when done right though❤
Thank you so much. These details can make or break an outfit. women often have a closet full of clothes that looked good in a shop but at home they struggle to coordinate in an outfit and instead end up wearing the same things over and over again
i love the wide leg pants with a chunky boot! its just a specific style i guess. personally though i’d make it contrast even more with a small tight top so its extra bottom heavy
I just love that knit on the first outfit, the cream chunky colored, knit with the side, slits and loose turtleneck. I like it especially because it has Raglan sleeves instead of a drop sleeve which I think looks too scruffy.
I have so much leg to spare I will never give up my long flowy top and bottom pairings 😂 I like to drown in my clothes sometimes, it creates amazing drape on my frame.

The first outfit reminds me of Edie Sedgwick. Some people can make it work depending on their hairstyle and accessories. You actually looked pretty chic in it too but I’d put the hair up and not use those sunglasses.

I think this might work if you have the right body type and height. You have a very flattering body shape, but if your plus size or have a boxy figure it will make you look bigger and sloppy.
That last outfit makes you look like you’re drowning in fabric. I also disagree with the second point, you can wear chunky boots and a chunky bottom if your top is more fitted. I honestly think that boxy blazer looks the most awkward.
You have great taste, but I feel you have the tendency to wear too many oversize clothes. They make you much bigger than you actually are. Oversize has its place in some combinations, but it shouldn't be always present. It kills femininity in my opinion.
Forget the boots. The leggings look like she is only half dressed. What is with women wearing 'thick tights' as an out wear. Its like wearing bras on top of shirts.
