paniyaram recipe in tamil
In this video, we have prepared and explained the preparaton of paniyaram recipe in tamil with just dosa batter and basic tempering.
Step :1 Heat oil ina pan and add mustard, uraddal and chana dal.
Step :2 Once urad dal and chana dal turn crisp, add onion and saute slightly until colour changes.
Step :3 Add chopped green chilli and chopped carrot.
Step : 4 Add curry leaves and remove the tempering before carrot is overcooked.( So that the carrot will give crunch to the paniyaram).
Step :5 Add the tempering to leftover dosa maavu and mix well and pour the paniyaram batter in a appe pan or paniyaram chatti.
