@@nidhirdvnair5194 Thickness doesn't matter fam. You make an uthappam/pancake by just pouring batter onto a pan and letting it flow out into the shape of a disc. You make a crepe/dosa by pouring it and then manually spreading it out into a disc with the ladle you used to pour it.

First time watcher... Agree with most of these ratings. About the onion dosa/oothappam, though, I like the ones I make and I'd rate those 'Nice'. This is how I do it: First, I sprinkle a few finely sliced onion pieces on the tawa and fry with just the right amount of oil for a while until they start turning slightly brown. Then, I pour the dosa batter and spread it as usual, ensuring that the onion pieces are somewhat evenly mixed in. Now, the dosa can be spread out and made crispy or soft. I prefer to eat these with idly podi and a little jaggery or with chutney, whichever's available.

Bro you don't dip the Dosa into the Sambhar you pour sambhar on the plate or leaf and glaze the Dosa piece with the sambhar and then dip it in the getti chutney kinnam ❤️
