Anyone still checking this in 2024. ?? I still play it a lot. Both siiccc spitters. But I like Dot he’s a lot quicker but P comes back hard each time. I still got Dot for the W tho. 💯😎
Both Dot and P had fire diss tracks, but after letting the beef stew for a while, I gotta say P won. I actually think Dot had some of the better sounding tracks, but the content P had was just vile. Dot's flows were better too but his punches were mostly in the same area each track, and felt numb after a while. P kept addressing most of Dot's points, called out other insults with rebuttals and bringing up evidence to show that Dot was lying, whilst throwing back shots of his own. P sterilised Dot's attacks and when he fired back, Dot couldn't do the same. Dot was wounding but P was landing scars. Also worth noting that P kept bringing up more and more info each diss, so whilst each track has a similar flow and structure, they all have their own haymaker points in them. Dot experimented more with his sound, but to me it ended up not meaning much because content-wise he wasn't bringing up anything new that was worth even putting out a track for. Don't get me wrong, Dot was clinical with his tracks, and honestly Steak Bake is my favourite track out of the whole beef, but I can't give him the win, P hit home harder, and Dot's image was more tarnished in the end. Some of Dot's older tracks I listen to, I hear lines and think "there's no weight in that bar anymore, P proved that wasn't true". I have far fewer moments like that with P's diss tracks. Dot would kill literally ANYONE else, and when this whole thing first started I assumed Dot would steamroll P, but P Money was probably the perfect MC to counteract Dot and his approach. Whole thing was sick though, IMO best Grime battle ever, gonna take a lot to top this
Just got wired to the beef today. Going back and forth I gotta say Dot is up at the moment. Dot realise that P going hard but Dot be moving like a chess master. The change in style/flows/the self-reflection even the video skanking!! MUUD👲🏿 Aaaahhh man.. listening again its 50/50.. mad mad. Keep it on WAX though my gs!
Hard to say who won. In the end it got a bit too personal and "he said/she said" type stuff which is not very entertaining because as a listener you can't really tell what's true and what's not. I'd call it a draw really, both had some decent stuff but it doesn't compare to other beefs like Chip/Yungen for example, which had a much better payoff in the end.
Biggest clash in the past decade. Dot = Messi P = Ronaldo Both sick but different planets I rate both highly so not a biased comment Dot will win this war
JBetter92 he doesn't have the execution that p money had... in some of his you can hear his voice cracking as he's running out of breath but p money is crisp every track
