Только что с форума по доте, где обсуждал то, как доджить читеров. Единственный вариант - масс-репорты читеров. Одиночные репорты не работают. По этому, спасибо таким каналам как этот, которые разоблачают читеров и дают id их матчей. Но, лучше репортить площадки, которые эти читы продают.

The good thing is VAC don't forgive and perma ban cheaters. Someone without items in their account and newly created account is surely using cheats.
