The nimbus in fountain is not necessarily a cheat, if you know how to do it. You have the spawn timer which can help you see when someone is respawning in fountain, usually if you do it 2 or 3 seconds after a respawn, you stop someone from tping (the radius is huge so you most likely catch someone). While is not really a good trade in terms of gold, it can, however, be useful in situations where you want to prevent someone from joining a tf which can you win easily without his interference. I situationally did that with zeus, but yeah, is not so common. Anyway, this guy was clearly scripting and he had no understanding of the game.
