She is more likely a hero with same lore as razor and visage. Given her "revenant " name much like razor's lighting revenant, she probably has the same job description of razor and visage where they manage the spirit/souls that died and wonder in the narrow maze, given she also states "spirit world" and "follow the trails of the dammed" which could mean follow the trails of the souls in the narrow maze. Also, see the same color pattern with visage. Also the book here 0:02 could be the bool of the dead which razor use to write the names that died (monkey king erase his name from that book, it's from the original chinese lore)

Her skill will be able summon wraith ghosts (wk aghs ) to assist her in team fights. 2nd skill is probably a break/stun effect from her ethereal guns.she has 2 forms her mortal form and her ghost form so im guesing thats her ultimate. Last ability has something related to candles.. maybe a skill that can effect day/night time casting fear effect on her enemies.
