Good advert, straight to the point, clear and pictures showing exactly what you’re talking about without any rushing. Also liked the breakdown of costs so new buyers get and idea of what to expect, Dotty looks a lovely little boat and I’m sure the new owner will be proud of her 👍

A very nice well kept boat, she's an ideal size for easy singlehanding, and is exactly the sort of narrowboat I dream of for my retirement years. Otters are splendid boats and hold their value far better than steel boats, and as mentioned, do not need blacking, or actually even paint for that matter. I am "only" in my mid seventies, and were I in the UK, I would most definitely be pursuing this boat - if she has not already been snapped up that is... I do wish we could have seen a couple of photos showing the whole interior though, one from forward and one from aft, as it is the close ups, while excellent and informative, don't really let us know what she looks like overall.
