QOTD is a really tough one lol there is a ton of amazing Ghost types. Might be a wildcard answer but based on design I’m gonna go with Rotom, mainly just because of the fact that it’s whole gimmick is that it not only can possess the other appliances like a Lawnmower or a Refrigerator, but also the Rotomphone in the anime and newer main games. Design wise, I think it was an absolutely genius idea.
Sandygast / Pallosand are my favorite ghost designs. I love the juxtaposition of the eternal wandering ghost with the impermanence of a sandcastle, stuck there, just waiting for the tide to wash it away.
The best part about that Lickilicky hitting your Spiritomb with hyper beam is that they had showed they had shadow ball as well literally right before that lol
QOTD: Not sure about design wise, but Chandelure and Aegislash were some of my favorite ghost types to use. Now that Niantic have introduced a mode/form changing mon with Morpeko, hopefully Aegislash will soon follow.
QOTD: Shiny Shadow Alolan Marowak. Actually that shiny top hat Decidueye is sick af too. Shiny Top Hat Decidueye is my spiritmon (spirit animal pokemon 😅)
QOTD: I have a really hard time deciding between Drifblim, Chandelure and Doublade. If shinies are taken into account...it's probably Drifblim, but really, they all look great!
When i was going up against Spiritomb i wanted to check who won CMP. Sometimes you gotta risk loosing games if you want to learn more about the matchups haha
QOTD : Very hard question. Maybe my favourite is Gengar because of how early it appears in developpment (before the name Pocket Monsters was decided!). After that : Hoopa because of all the possibilities this Pokemon can bring in lore and also for its role in Pokemon Master EX story mode. Golurk, Mega Banette, Gira-O, Gira-A, A-Marowak, Chandelure, Mismagus, H-Typhlosion and Ceruledge have cool designs too!
