When the judge ask the defendants “Do you have those messages” and the defendant says “yes”, and the plaintiff stop all eye contact, starts stacking and aligning her papers and looking down, you know their messiness is about be exposed...look at the plaintiff’s face, the guilt is priceless.

I’m glad the plaintiff lost. She was honest but still did not reach out for 3 months plus was very entitled. I would’ve sold the car after 30 days 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I don't understand how people go on payment plans with private vehicle owners. If you don't have the money at the time or can get it within a hour of saying you want to buy the car, then move out the way for those that do. If I'm selling a car, I'm not a damn a dealership, therefore I say NO to payment plans.

I find it annoying when the judge gets all LOUD and animated over the smallest detail.

Grown woman WITH a husband and she has to make a payment plans on an $800 car?!? Damn! I sold my 2000 Honda Accord for $1000 and it had about 270,000 miles on it. Those cars are amazing!!! I had to replace the distributor on it once. Other than that it was just basic stuff like batteries and the timing chain/belt (once). It was quiet and ran well. I had people calling me up asking for a payment plan as if I was a car dealership and hey wanted the car right away. I was like "nope" cash only because I knew that it could be an issue trying to get my money.

I think the right decision was reached. They say that there was no agreement on the timeframe of when the money should be paid (which was a mistake) but there could be a decision on what would be a reasonable amount of time. A year is too long. She said she lost his number but she only needed to have asked her neighbour for the number of the guy who mended her roof. Although there is no reason for her to get her deposit back, if she had been nice and was just struggling to pay them then if I were the defendants I would have paid her back something (maybe not all) as a gesture of goodwill but after all of the abuse and the threats then she lost that goodwill and so she deserves nothing. What a waste of section 8 money.

The Plaintiff threatened to go over to the Defendant's house and start some trouble, but something tells me that the Defendant's wife might be able to handle who ever comes looking for some trouble, including an irate battle-axe.

Next time save your money and buy what you want outright instead of making payments .

The first plaintiff has a record book of all money transactions and she never wrote dates? How does that even make sense? Even a journal or diary gets a date. Sometimes I can’t watch these shows bc I literally have no patience for stupidity and lack of brain cells of these people.
