The judge didn't hear the first mother say.... My baby was 2 months premature...he was 7.5.... Sweetie...you had a full term baby.... Smh. That's how she sold that lie to that man.
I had a prem baby at 36 weeks and he was 6lb 2oz and my sister in law had a baby at 38 weeks who was 10lb 8oz, weight is no indication of being full term
@Michelle Jones I really believe that she was trying to indicate that her baby was born 5 weeks before 40 weeks that is not a premmie that is 1 week shy of full term don't be crazy a premmie is not full term at all she tried to pop it on him my 2 were born at 27 wks and 31 wks so size does matter ain't no 5 week early baby 7 lbs I don't believe it
@HealthTipsWithRose the judge always allows the women to do what they want and say what they want and she never shuts them up. She allows the woman to constantly talk over the man.
That's because the judge is very sympathetic to females She always gives them benefit of the doubt because they are the mother and as you know in this world the mother is what really matters more than the father That's the reason why I've men go to war and women do not Men are extendable women are not
In the 1st case; No such thing as a 7.5 lb "premature" baby. Approximately 5 weeks "early" , that's basically almost 2 months prior to her "conception period", thus meaning that the other man IS the father. She tried to fool everyone by claiming she conceived that little boy later than she actually did conceive him.
In that first case, did she ever consider that her son wasn’t born prematurely? Instead, he was conceived two months prior when she was with the other man? He was 7.5 lbs and premature?
She must have known, I’m sure the doctors told her how far along she was and the baby was born at a healthy weight. There’s no way she actually believed the baby was premature.
Of course women always shift the accountability as long as it's not on them and it's really sad especially in that first case This woman clearly has slept with somebody else that man should definitely be taken off of child support and he should not have continued to help this woman because she clearly doesn't care about him She went all the way to court it took the DNA for her to actually admit the truth and she still denying it even after the judge says that this is not his child😢
Second case was so lovely to see how happy the dad was to find out 100% that he is the father. That smile said it all. I pray for good things in the lives of these parents & their beautiful little boy. This story was heartwarming.
Right on, Preston. Just before the result was read out, you could see by the look of fear on her face that she was packin it, scared that she'd get caught out. Of course she knew there was another possibility (or more than one). These women should be prosecuted for perjury ... this poor bloke has been dragged through the court and messed around for 4 years and she deserves to be prosecuted for her intentional lies! I knew she was lying about a lot of things, including the birth of the child being premature and weighing 7.5lbs. This is how you know when these women are lying. They don't want anybody to hear what the other is saying. So they try talk over you.
Women says things that make them look unfaithful but expect not to be held accountable. We destroy the men in our lives and then we blame them for being broken people... we are mothers and need to be more considerate to the men in our lives, they come from mothers, treat them as we want OUR sons to be treated....
I agree with you on that, Maxine. He seemed like a pretty nice guy who didn't deserve to be lied to and dragged through the court. What sometimes baffles me is why nice and good-looking guys like him allow themselves to get caught up with loud-mouthed women like her?? Cheers
She was doing too much to try and prove he was the father. If she was so sure, why would she need to provide so many examples. The doubt was there and she knew it.
No sorry , no nothing ,kept saying that she is blameless , from the look on her face it's clear that she would have kept the truth buried til her deathbed
I am always suspicious about women who continue to refer to the resemblance of a child to a potential father. If he was the ONLY person she was with, looks have nothing to do with it...
The second case…that baby is so cute. I love his facial expression, he looks so serious. Sometimes you just have to ignore the foolishness between the parents and just focus on the baby. ❤❤❤
He's on the birth certificate, so even if he's not the baby's biological father, he's seen as legally being the father and so will have to pay the child support regardless. It's a really unfortunate thing that I didn't realise happened over in the US until I started watching this programme
I think sometimes the men, they put up a front in the moment. He's there for the easy P like he said, but I bet the next time they have a bad argument and she does her "you're not his dad" routine, he's out of there for good. It's hard to be a stepdaddy when you're constantly being reminded you are.

The pain the 2nd man is feeling over having no father, heartbreaking. Women have to do better. Know with 100% certainty who the father of your children are. Leave no doubt. Pick better men to be fathers.
Did anyone else want to slap that first lady and tell her to shut up so others can talk? The louder she got the more I thought she knows he's not the father. She was just seeing $$ in him.
She listed that man STRICTLY because he worked in oil and she knew she would make bank off child support. He needs to get himself off the birth certificate and sue for his money back
That’s a hard thing to do. I won’t be surprised if their home state refuses to remove him from the birth certificate and he could still be o the hook for child support even with the DNA test.

Cause how tf do you have a baby born at seven months and the baby weighs almost EIGHT pounds!? 😭😂 And how convenient that the baby was "born two months early" and she admitted to sleeping with another man two months before the defendant 🤔 she seems to be missing the ability to do very basic critical thinking.

The first case I knew she was lying. She was too loud in her denials but she wasn’t angry. The baby in the hospital was clearly not 2 months premature. Why do that to a child we know how important it is for someone to know who they truly are? The second case he was desperate for the boy to be his. She was a little unfeeling in putting him through that.
Nothing irritates me more that women that are able to conceive and just freely blurt out “You’re not the father, anyway” every time they get upset at the men they choose to lay down with.
1st case, how is this woman in the courtroom, sure that this man is the father and trying to convince the Judge, but every other word out of her mouth is "My son, My son". If she is so sure, shouldn't it be "Our son"? I believe the man was right when he said she tells him he's not the dad all the time. Well, lets say she spoke that into existence 🤷
Sometimes these people don´t realize that you can really love the child but the custodial parent, usually the mother, is just unbearable. I had a friend who said, as a child she used to get mad at her dad for not visiting much. But when she became an adult, she realized that her mom was a horrible person to be around. She moved out at 18 and never returned and developed a cool relationship with her father.
My heart aches for these kids. They are too precious and too innocent to go through this.😢❤. I hope their mothers stop being selfish and really care abt they kids. I really have more respect to straight cats who know how to fight for their kittens better than some mothers.

My ddaughter was c-sectioned at 35 weeks, she weighed 7lb. She was born with a small hole in her heart which her body healed by the age of 4. Due possibly to that or being late prem she did not thrive & was still wearing newborn nappies and clothes at 6 months. She remained tiny till age 2. Caught up by 4 & now at 17 is only 5cm shorter then her father 😬
I always laugh to myself when people name their kids like Gauge, Promise, Jr. Etc when it aint their kid. Let me Gauge if youre the dad, I Promise youre not Jr's dad. Lol

This woman has no discipline. She interrupts the judge & she interrupts the defendant. If I was the judge. I would shut her up once & for all. She is out of order, bad attitude. She just never shut up.
With the 2nd case, the potential father is young, but he seems like a responsible young man, as well as compassionate about the baby. I get why he had concerns, the mother seems like she's not telling the whole truth. 😕
Curious, when the judge ask was you seeing anyone else? No…but as soon as he rebuffed…oh he’s speaking about ..before dude even completes what he’s saying 🤔😐🤭🤭
2md case: The woman don't wanna be with hin. Showed no emotion when the results were read out....I have a feeling she will cheat on that man in the future!
I hate the way this judge makes the "not the dads" feel bad and telling them the child needs them in their life as they know and love them. It's not their job to stay or pay for a child that is not theirs and it's up to the mother to tell the truth and find the real dad and make them pay for their child
