Double Episode: Woman Is Positive Her Fiancé Is The Father | Paternity Court 

In that second case, I’m sad for her. She doesn’t have a voice and someone took it from her a long time ago.

The 2nd case: you can tell the 21yo never had anybody to advocate for her. And nobody to show her how to advocate for herself. So she gets bullied into saying things that aren’t true. I hope baby girl finds her strength and voice.

Now Judge can always see the tears in peoples eyes but couldn't see that the girl in that second case didn't have a voice and was nervous , uncomfortable and scared?

Being 48 and having ur mom come is wild but being 45 and getting a 17 year old pregnant is wild asf n sick asf

Case one: She's constantly telling him that the little girl is NOT his, and she cheated on him and then have the nerve to get upset because he has doubts. 🤦🏾‍♂️

Now Judge Lake shouldn't have put words in that woman's mouth (2nd case). It was so heartbreaking to see her say those words. She looked so scared, and prolly has self-esteem issues. And she DID know who her child's father was.

2nd case: Poor young woman being bashed by everyone including the Judge 😢💔

I think in the 2nd case the young lady was being honest but she is just extremely shy. Especially being in front of a judge on national TV.

Girl in the second case is embarrassed to be there she probably has been downed for so long she is tired. Just because she’s quiet doesn’t mean she’s lying

In case #2 This young girl breaks my heart. She is looking for love in all the wrong places? She looks so empty and this Pervert older Man was laughing and thinking life is a joke. He totally took advantage of this young girl and the Mom finds everyone to blame except her son Who should of known better with Wisdom. After having 5 other children. I honestly hope they can provide a great environment for this beautiful little angel. She deserves nothing but the very best ❤️ Nothing in the World is harder than speaking the truth. The second woman seemed intimidated by the man's mother. I think the judge misread her behavior. She just seems scared to me

Case one: The judge should've awarded him that money he put out.

The judge was absolutely wrong in the second case... The judge felt she was lying but for a fact, the lady knew he was the father... She's either intimidated or shes not the outspoken person.... The judge should have done better than making her say what she didn't want to say...

Case 1: she already knew he wasn’t the father. She told him every chance she got. She blamed everyone but herself. She just knew he would take care of the child like he’s been doing. That’s so crazy that she took that man through all that drama smh.

The last case that girl was most likely just extremely shy and scared to death to be in front of a judge and other people. And the judge basically bullied her into saying she didn't know who her baby's father was when she said she did the whole time! Judge need to calm down.

I was so disappointed to see how the judge berated the young girl. She is young and has three adults against her. And at the end the judge forced her to say what she wanted her to instead of saying “I’m sorry for calling you a liar”! This one really hurt my heart!

2nd Case: If she's 21, and the child is 3, subtract 9 months...that girl was 17! That's statutory! 😮

Prayers for lady #2. Seemed fearful from aggressive mother that gross a** man brought to courts. She also seemed mentally slow. Disappointed how she was treated. That loud mouth mother was as trash!!! Raised her son poorly.

2nd case: Judge Lauren was dead wrong. Jumping down on her but not saying nothing to the perv. She forced that girl to say she didn't know who the father was. She looked so scared and nervous.

This woman would not know the truth if it HIT her in the face... She admitted to the fact that she was wearing the attire mentioned and was at the place named and then she said that it was all lies 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Judge knows she was wrong so she is trying to put words in the girl’s mouth to justify her attack on her 🤦🏻‍♀️

The second case, the judge was dead wrong. The 21 year old said from the beginning that she had no doubt that he was the father then she basically put words in her mouth by making her say that she had doubt not once but twice. That 48 year old man is a predator preying on young girls but God works in mysterious ways. He better hope someone doesn't do his daughter like he did his daughter's mom. He took advantage of that slow poor soul 🙏🏿

I haven't seen the results of the second case but this guy is nasty. Sounds like the young girl might have been homeless on the streets. She seems very scared.

This is why you allow your child to be properly diagnosed as intellectually disabled when the school suggests. To take proper precautions for the future!

Really shocked Judge about your commentary towards the young girl. Some of it needed to be said, but rightfully he should have been reprimanded for being 45 preying on a 19 year old girl. The judge totally MISJUDGED this case!! That mother is clearly special needs and the father appears to be also. The judge was very unprofessional in this case. She usually shows better understanding. She had a real off day in this case. She made the girl say something she didn't believe. She knew that old man was the daddy. The girl never had a doubt. A 21 year old with a 3 year old could have been a minor at the time of conception. They both present with needs and delayed processing/ impacted judgement but that's no excuse.

The mom in the second case really frustrated me. The fact that she couldn't even talk and answer simple questions was pitiful. I really hope she matures and comes out of her shell so she can be a strong role model for her daughter.

This first Mom is childish. She tells the alleged father of her children that he is NOT the father "just to make him mad" she says, and then she gets mad at him and RESENTS IT when he gives her exactly what she wants and HE DOES get angry and now has doubts about being the children's father and wants all the money back that he has spent caring for the child. YOU put that doubt in his head, sweetheart. Now, you have to live with the consequences of that choice, even if you are positive he IS your daughter's father. And you only cement his doubts when you DON'T tell him you are pregnant (and you kept this secret because you were cheating on him) and then, the man you are cheating with writes him a letter BRAGGING to him that HE is this precious child's Daddy and claiming he's the father in pictures and claiming that HE is the father by signing her birth certificate. Seems like your ex is saying HE'S the Dad ad NOT Mr. Hopkins. Your actions speak for you, Madam, and they don't paint a very pretty picture of your character as a mother. The reason WHY you were so nervous about revealing the paternity is you DON'T know for sure if this man is your daughter's father (that, or you are positive its the other guy) but you don't want to ruin your family.

Aaaaagh. I really hated this. I know she's basically a mediator, not a real judge, but for the love of.... That poor man in the first one was taken for a ride for basically three years. Told he was the father, acted like a father,only to learn he's not. 2500 is actually all things considered not a lot. Looks like he didn't even include basic necessities like diapers etc. In story number two, are we just gonna ignore the fact that the girl was 17?! He was like 45! I know about “my body, my choice” shitsuation, but the baby is not mother’s body part and both FATHER and mother should have a saying about keeping the baby or not. It is not fair to children to not have a supporting father in their life😢and it is definitely not fair for them to grow up with all sorts of voids in their lives😢 I mean, when you are not ready to raise a whole healthy(mentally and physically) new human being, you should not keep it and then fill the world with mentally ill people

I too had a C section and yes there are things I myself don't remember that happened after they took my son out. I remember my Dr raising my son up so I could see him and I SERIOUSLY passed out. My mom told me my son had a problem with his blood sugar level, and she made decisions for me but I don't remember any of that. So yes, women who have C sections can be out of it. I'M LIVING PROOF

Come on Paternity Court, this case aint real. this is some made up stuff.

How did she rule against him before finding out if he was the father, and called it a "gift?" She usual waits until after finding out whether he's the father of not. It seemed like she was trying to find a reason to not rule against her and make her pay him back for the money he's spent.
