what if someone is tried for 'crime D' initially. Can they then be tried for the broader 'crime C'?

That's like driving without a license we all have that right and what does state say about it well they are foreign entities and they have no say over man and woman i got out of there charges against me the man i put that in my paperwork as a man they don't like it but it's just the way it is
