Eh, that seems like one of those things that sounds interesting on paper, but in practice it would mean there's no strategy involved, just random guessing. Part of the fun of this series is knowing how many lives a person has at a given time, and how that knowledge is going to influence what kind of decisions they'll make. Remove that, and it devolves into "I could randomly turn red at any time"
