From Scott and Cleo's perspective, this nether trip was hilarious as they just resignedly were on fire every few minutes complaining about who would go to the NETHER without even THINKING of their soulmate. @@spritemon98 thats because like 90% of his Hermitcraft deaths are from him not eating and being on like 2hearts. In season 7 i believe he has a clip where he has half a heart and holds food in his hand the entire time and doesn't eat. Now grian can atleast eat and keep his health bar full for him. (Remember the pure panic on the mountain top, twice: "my partners not eating as grian panickedly cooks chicken" and "sudden screaming for food I'm down 7 hearts")

I would love if you actually teamed up with someone other than your soulmate/bound. It makes it interesting and different, and less formulaic, if that makes sense. Obviously its tactically wise to be teamed up with your soulmate so you can coordinate on not dieing. (Eating for them, or helping fight off creepers, ect) although when you go into a fight together you double the rate you lose health. (Imagine if you both took 6hearts of damage from the same creeper, or both got poisoned by a witch) But bing on a different team as them adds to the complicated "politics" of the server as you normally strong arm others but you can't hurt your soulmate without also hurting yourself. I also need to go watch Cleo's perspective for when pearl went to the nether. Grian's panic when scar took like 6 hearts of damage at once was amazing, i need to see Cleo's reaction to pearl burning and taking big hits from the hoglins.

It's more of one of those things where it's like, you're kinda forced to pair up with your soulmate, because if one dies, then both die. So if they get into a fight with another player and lose, you lose too, so protecting them so that they don't die is the most logical thing to do, especially if you're both on red because them dying means your series is over. You also obviously can't fight each other because if you kill them, you kill yourself.

Honestly, this series is genius in that, yes, you need to do a lot of planning to get everyone together, but the series itself is relatively light as a commitment since it's a limited few hours of recording every week and it has a clear end.

Me irl when I see a frog: omg you're so cute! But I need to relocate you bc you are WAY too close to my house and there's a lot of people and cats here (I always find the frogs nice shady spots after catching them and do my best to not injure them)

Seeing how Pearl’s series started out with her being the absolute sweetest out of them all, and ended with her winning and being the most ruthless is some real main character type shit Also, 6:46 Jimmy be like: “She’s in the walls… SHE’S IN THE GODDAMN WALLS!!!”

Martyn singing in the nether was actually so good LOL truly there was a full soundtrack by the end of the episode ALSO watching Cleo and Scott's perspective was hilarious after they realized yall were being set on fire every 5 minutes-- but watching from Pearl's is HEARTBREAKING!! You've just been broken up with, cheated on, and the only other person you can turn to, who you've been with for the ENTIRE episode, now blames YOU and also breaks up with you too?!?! Leaving you COMPLETELY alone as he tries to win back his first partner?!! SHAME on Martyn
