The double scissor lift tables are an excellent choice for lifting heavy loads to a precise height. It has a compact and robust build made of welded steel, which can withstand very heavy loads. The scissor mechanism is made from box section, while the base frame is made of angled steel construction.
These features guarantee a long useful life under intense work cycles. However, the operational limit is of 10 stroke cycles per one-shift operation. Also, please note that the double scissor lift table is not suitable for lifting persons - only materials.
Operators of the double scissor lift table use a manual control switch that has three positions: Up, Down and Emergency Off. The device is also equipped with various safety features to protect the operator:
- Aluminum safety contact strip under the platform;
- IP54 protection class;
- Maintenance free bearings that do not require a person’s intervention to work properly;
- Integrated overpressure valve.
