We were young. Without internet. Without the hustle and bustle of today. We talked to each other - instead of writing. After school we had already agreed on which club we would meet in the evening, in our small town south of Munich - we didn't have cell phones. Miami Vice was on TV. We saved every penny to finally be able to buy our first Walkman - and were so proud when we finally held it in our hands. And every Friday evening at 7:00 p.m. we sat in front of the radio and recorded the Top 10 on cassette - and prayed that the announcer didn't interrupt too soon😂It was a decade of unforgettable music and the most beautiful women of all time (example: Withesnake "Is this love"). I would give the rest of my life if I could go back to the '80s for another 10 years
Flawless... I like this song since I was 12 years old, I didn't even speak English at the time, I just felt in love with the melody and tapped it on cassette, now I'm 40 y/O and love it even more, thanks for posting.
Obrigado Kurt Maloo por liberar essa versão do clip! Não a conhecia! Essa música faz parte da minha vida, época de ouro da música pop! Sensacional! 👏👏👏👏👏👏
I danced to this song with a fellow passenger I met while on a river cruise in Europe last Christmas . I couldn't think of a better song for that time. Very classy song and it matched perfectly with the woman I was with. That was a year ago and I can't help it letting my mind wonder while I listen to this. Special time in a very special place
Wow, thank you Kurt for sharing this in HQ! It really brings out the subtle details and nuances that made the song so wonderful to begin with. Simply put, it feels just like it did back in the 80s, with a richness that TV did not have back then. Well done! 👍 ❤ 🎶
We all agree that Kurt’s music is fantastic, not to mention, simply iconic and as relavent today as when he wrote it all. With the above said, he’s also quite the gentleman to his fans here as he gives pretty much every comment that I have seen a “heart”. It takes time to read everyone’s comments, but Kurt does! Thank you, Kurt! Cheers from Texas
Love this song, and have watched many video versions of this song, and somehow, this one is one of the best, with the lady at the end being the most beautiful. Viva the 80s.
One of the very very few absolutely smooth and to the point, beautiful tunes created a long time ago, and is still irreplaceable with any other tune. Period. 🙏👍😁❤️ Thanks for all your beautiful and creative songs Kurt. ✌️🙏 Don’t stop my friend. 😄
