I think I found an optimal bard build that might bring him up to b tier. You just need Echoing spirit, luminous orb and Starforged gauntlets. This way bard produces chimes starting turn 1 and you get 9 of them every round.

Spirit of the Buhru This way she gets to be on the Board early on, stacking impact and health as well as keywords that work really well with her (as a challenger unit with somewhat low base health)
You get them from the golden relics from the emporium in the store. They cost 3000 starfragments tho and 100 for a quest relic to unlock the epic slot on a champ
I feel like the +1 startingmana relic plus stat relics would be better since if you have the attack token turn you are more likely to have something to play and you can play pikes spell sooner if you hit lurk on him
The problem with the Lurk Keyword that even other allies being given through Sharing is Caring power... they didn't get the Lurker Buff... since they initially don't have the Lurk keyword to begin with... Riot pls fix this
that is the intended interaction, lurk give allies with the subtype "lurker" +1/+0 not allies with lurk +1/+0, granting allies lurk just make them can give buffs to other "lurker" allies when attacking
