I am sorry but, at 10:07, isn't Rxd6 winning? Because you trade a rook for 2 pieces, plus not only that you get 2 active pieces, but 2 active bishops if you get what I mean. Just asking though.

Nope, the black pawn would have to be on b4 Say you have a pawn on a2 and Black has a pawn on b4. If you moved it to a3, it could be captured. If you move it to a4, then en passant is possible (for only this turn), as if the pawn was still passing through a3.
You cannot do “en passant” here, ‘cause the black pawn isn’t in b4, for “en passant” you have to do a “2 squares move” with a pawn and the enemy pawn has to be next to your pawn, same rank 😉
